Physician’s Choice Surgicenter has been recognized by the State of New York as a fully licensed and accredited ambulatory surgical facility. Our state-of-the-art operating rooms and recovery suite feature the latest advances in patient comfort and safety, all in a private and personalized setting.

With the capacity to accommodate over 4,000 cases annually, we welcome physicians performing procedures in Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Pain Management, Podiatry, Plastic Surgery, and Urology.

Booking information

• Bookings are accepted weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. If our booking agent is not immediately available, your call will be promptly returned to obtain the necessary information. Information may be faxed anytime and will be conformed the next working day.
• If you have not visited before, we will require that you complete a brief credentialing application and furnish us with necessary documents (license, etc.) at the time of booking.
• Transportation is available for patients. Simply inquire at the time of booking.
• We accept most insurance plans as payment, as long as patients have out-of-network benefits.
• If you would like to tour our facility, or arrange for regularly scheduled block OR time, call us and speak to our Nurse Manager. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
• Booking slips and patient information brochures are available for your convenience.
