FROM QUEENS
Woodhaven Blvd. South to 153rd Ave. (Woodhaven Blvd. becomes Cross Bay Blvd.) 153rd Ave. will be the far right lane and is an exit only. Bear right at Stop sign. At the second Stop sign, our building, the Medical Art Center, will be on the far left corner. Park in any space reserved for patients.

FROM BROOKLYN
Take the Belt Parkway east to exit 17N, Cross Bay Blvd. As you travel north on Cross Bay Blvd. you will pass 153rd Ave. and make a U-turn. After U-turn, stay in right lane and follow sign to “153rd Ave. Exit Only.” Bear right at Stop sign. At the second Stop sign, our building, the Medical Art Center, will be on the far left corner. Park in any space reserved for patients.

FROM LONG ISLAND
North Shore Route: Northern State Pkwy. (becomes Grand Central Pkwy.) to the Cross Island Pkwy. North. Folow the signs to the Belt Pkwy. and exit the Belt Pkwy at 17N, Cross Bay Blvd. Afier exiting Parkway, stay in the right lane and follow signs to Cross Bay Blvd. North. At Cross Bay Blvd, make a left turn (South) and go to the far right lane and follow sign to “153rd Ave. Exit Only.” Bear right at Stop sign. At the second Stop sign, our building, the Medical Art Center, will be on the far left corner. Park in any space reserved for patients.
South Shore Route: Take Southern State Pkwy to Belt Pkwy. and follow same directions as North Shore Route, above.
